Jun Chiyabari (Dhankuta, Nepal)
Jun Chiyabari’s teas are artisanally crafted with minimal human intervention in the fields. As natural as possible, their character reflects their origins in the Himalaya, picked at an altitude of 1,650 to 2,200 meters. The tea garden is an integral part of the local community, a rural hill district of Nepal, and provides employment to over 200 people, most of them women.
